Structure Introduction:
The aluminum alloy annealing furnace is mainly composed of insulation furnace body, furnace door device, heating system, hot air circulation system, trolley device, and electrical control system. The insulation furnace body is a fully metal box structure welded from two layers of steel plates inside and outside, uniformly filled with acid aluminum refractory fiber cotton insulation in the middle to reduce the temperature rise of the furnace wall. The furnace door device adopts manual push-pull split type furnace door or pneumatic lifting type furnace door, and the furnace door is pressed by manual spinning or pneumatic linkage type four point balanced pressing mechanism. The heating system can be suitable for using diesel, LNG/natural gas, LPG/liquefied gas, etc. as fuel heating or resistance heating. To ensure the uniformity of furnace temperature, axial or centrifugal hot air circulation fans with high air volume are installed at the top or side of the furnace, and a reasonable configuration of the hot air circulation guide system inside the furnace is used to distribute the airflow evenly, reduce the temperature difference inside the furnace (5 ℃), and ensure heating speed and heating quality. The loading and unloading trolley device adopts a welded structure of steel frame, and the trolley traction mechanism can adopt self-propelled, chain or blunt wheel traction types. The temperature control system adopts PID zero crossing trigger thyristor and intelligent meter temperature control. Equipped with a multi-point paperless recorder to record temperature and dual control of over temperature alarm, ensuring that the workpiece does not exceed the temperature limit. The mechanical transmission part adopts chain control, which automatically cuts off the power supply of the ventilation fan device and heating element after the furnace door is opened. After the furnace door is closed in place, the power supply of the ventilation fan device and heating element can be connected to prevent malfunctions and accidents caused by misoperation.
